The Black Partyhat is an item obtained by opening either huge packages, rare packages, or partyhat packages, which are obtained via donating. Black Partyhats are valued at 100K, and make up a significant portion of Roat Pkz's economy. Black partyhats, along with Black h'ween masks, the three voting hats, and all of the custom rares are the only items in-game that have color-coded names according to what color the item is. Black partyhats, along with all other rare hats, are solely cosmetic items.
